Resale Information
Please notify the office in writing when you plan to sell your home so that staff members are able to assist in the best way possible during the sales process.
As stated in the rules and regulations:
Moving. Owners or tenants who are moving in or out of the Community shall do so between
the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 p.m. Portable self-storage containers are permitted but may not
be stored outside the Home for more than 48 hours. Portable self-storage containers shall be
placed entirely within the Lot and not in the right-of-way bounding the Lot. At no time shall
such units be placed on Association Property.
